We guarantee LIVE arrival of our fish if the package is signed for and accepted on the first delivery attempt. THIS LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTEE IS VALID FOR NEXT DAY AIR OR UPS GROUND NEXT DAY DELIVERY ONLY. PRIORITY MAIL SHIPMENTS DO NOT CARRY OUR LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTEE. If the package is denied for any reason on the first attempt or left without being signed for the guarantee is VOID.

In the unlikely event that your fish arrive dead you must email a digital photo of the dead fish still in the original, unopened bag to sales@angelfishusa.com within 3 hours of delivery.

We do include extra fish at no charge to you (it's kind of like our insurance policy). We can only replace or credit the fish that you paid for.....

Our live arrival guarantee does not cover the freight costs. All frieght costs are the resposibility of the purchaser.
